LYNCHBURG (WSLS10) - A Lynchburg man charged with murder pleads guilty.
According to Lynchburg Circuit Court staff, Garry Smith Jr. was arrested last April on several charges, including first degree murder.

The charge was later reduced to second degree murder.
Smith also pleaded guilty to the other charges against him, which include firearms and drug charges.
Smith will be sentenced May 18th.
