ROCKBRIDGE COUNTY (WSLS10) - Rockbridge's Fire & EMS director faces new charges.
According to court documents, Brandon Mitchell now faces a total of four charges.

The newest charges, both for forgery, were filed Tuesday.
Mitchell has a preliminary hearing for the new charges May 11th.
He faces two other charges of felony fraud and obtaining money by a false pretense, and a number of fraud charges in Oregon as well.
According to arrest warrants, the charges in Virginia stem from Mitchell's attempt to sell a 2016 Porsche SUV without the consent of the bank that holds a lien on the car.
