MARTINSVILLE (WSLS10) - Some Southside girls now have a memory they'll never forget thanks to a visit from Miss America.
Betty Cantrell stopped by Uptown Sweets in Martinsville on Friday.

The girls had tea with her and for $25 they could have a picture taken with her.
Earlier in the day, Cantrell toured Hamlet Vineyards in Henry County.
On Saturday night, she will be the guest of honor at a gala at the Piedmont Arts Center in Martinsville.
The visit was organized by the director of the Miss Martinsville pageant as a fundraiser for the pageant.
