Nash claims that Hopkins negligently injected him with two liters of saline after he passed out at her house while partying on May 16th, 2015.

According to the lawsuit, the money is being sought as compensation for the damages he incurred as a result of him breaking into his neighbors home after leaving the party and shooting the neighbor in the shoulder.

Nash received a three year suspended sentence for the incident.
