Hear the 911 call of an Ohio woman being attacked by a boa constrictor

SHEFFIELD LAKE, Ohio – Firefighters rescued an Ohio woman after a boa constrictor wrapped around her neck and began biting her face Thursday. 

The panicked woman called 911 for help. To hear part of the 911 call, play the video.

She told the dispatcher that the snake was more than 5 feet long.

Firefighters used a knife to cut off the snake's head and remove it from her.

The woman was then taken to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
