8 out of 10 people have cried at work

If you've ever shed a tear a work, you're not alone. A poll of 3,000 workers by job-research company Monster found that 8 out of 10 people have cried at some point at work.

45% of those who have cried say it was because of their bosses or co-workers. Only 19% say it was because of personal or non-work issues.
