President Joe Biden and First Lady Dr. Jill Biden observed a wreath laying ceremony at the Flight 93 Memorial in Shanksville, Pennsylvania on Saturday.

The ceremony marked the 20th anniversary of the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2001, which left nearly 3,000 people dead. The event began at 12:35 p.m.
