Gov. Youngkin orders flags to be flown at half-staff on March 18

RICHMOND, Va. – Governor Glenn Youngkin has ordered flags to be flown at half-staff Saturday in memory and respect of Montford Point Marine Tommy Lee DeRamus, Sr.

Gov. Youngkin said flags shall be lowered at sunrise on Saturday, March 18, and remain at half-staff until sunset.
