ROCKBRIDGE COUNTY, Va. – A tractor-trailer accident has caused delays on I-81 North in Rockbridge County, according to VDOT.
Authorities say the crash happened around mile marker 178. Traffic is backed up for about 2.5 miles as of 11:45 a.m.
