ROCKBRIDGE COUNTY, Va. – A tractor-trailer accident is causing delays on I-81 in Rockbridge County, according to VDOT.
Authorities say the crash is near mile marker 174 and has closed the left shoulder and left lane as of 6:55 a.m.
