ROANOKE, Va. – A female teenager was taken to Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital after police says he was shot early Monday morning.
Investigators tell 10 News it happened at around 1:15 a.m. on the 300 block of 9th Street SW, near Patterson Avenue.

According to officers, the girl’s injuries appeared to be non-life threatening.

Police have not made any arrests or released information about a suspect.
