One lane of northbound I-77 is closed in Carroll County.
The Virginia Department of Transportation says the wind is gusting up to 50 mph, which has caused two tractor trailers to overturn and has blow over trees.
Nearby traffic cameras show traffic is backed up near mile marker 2.7.
VDOT says slow down, use caution and expect delays.
