FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. – A school bus driver and her students made a special delivery Thursday to a local mom.
Bus #33 stopped by Amy Hodges’ house to share a homemade quilt. Amy’s daughter, Destiny, rode this bus to and from Franklin County High School before she died in a car crash last summer.
The students each made a square which school staff pulled together for one big piece. Hodges said she’ll cherish the quilt and was thankful for them doing it.
