One shot, hospitalized during apartment break-in in Roanoke County

ROANOKE COUNTY, Va. – Roanoke County Police were called out to North Point Apartments off of Peters Creek Road for a break-in early Sunday morning.

Authorities say a resident told police that they used their gun.

One person was shot and taken to Roanoke Memorial Hospital with non-life threatening injuries, according to police.

Authorities say this is an on-going investigation.
