Local teen from Roanoke area appears on American Idol

ROANOKE COUNTY, Va. – Jeslynn Gelaine from the Roanoke area appeared on American Idol.

Her parents said out of 60,000 auditions, Jeslynn made it to the top 150.

Jeslynn is also a local worship leader in Salem, VA at Wake the World Church.
