Shelor Motor Mile, Subaru Love Campaign donate blankets to LewisGale patients

Local organizations are giving blankets to people who need them most.

On Friday, Shelor Motor Mile partnered with The Subaru Love Campaign and donated blankets wrapped in heart-shaped bags for patients at LewisGale Hospital Montgomery.

The bags also included notes of encouragement from local Subaru owners.

It’s something the car dealership has been doing since 2018, and on Friday, they donated over 500 blankets in total.

A representative for LewisGale said the blankets are incredibly uplifting to their patients going through difficult times.
