ROANOKE, Va. – The City of Roanoke has narrowed its search for a candidate to fill Mayor Cobb’s vacant city council seat.
11 residents submitted statements to be considered for the role, but ultimately, only 3 have been selected to move to the interview stage. Kathy S. Cohen, Evelyn W. Powers, and Patricia White-Boyd will all be interviewed on Monday, February 3.
