The VSP announced Wednesday night that it was issuing a CODI alert on behlaf of the Roanoke City Police Department. Williams is 5′0, weighs 98 pounds and has brown eyes.

The Roanoke Police Department announced Wednesday that it was seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 11-year-old boy who was last seen Wednesday night.
According to RPD, Kashmir Williams was last seen at 7:20 p.m., leaving his home in the 3800 block of Long Meadow Ave. NW wearing a red sweatshirt and tan pants with silver shoes.
