Chase’s passion for videography began while studying multimedia journalism at Virginia Tech.
During his college years, he interned at WSLS 10 twice before landing his first career job at a news station in Bluefield, West Virginia. There, he worked a variety of jobs, gaining experience as a producer, multimedia news reporter, news anchor, sports reporter and sports anchor.
In the summer of 2019, Chase returned to Roanoke and WSLS 10 as a news videographer/editor. His passion for creative storytelling guided him to his current role as the Daytime Blue Ridge Videographer/Editor, which he took over in the summer of 2021.
Outside of work, Chase is a devoted husband and father and spends his time serving at his church and watching football.
