The Rev. Al Sharpton will deliver the eulogy at the funeral of a 28-year-old Black man who died after he was pinned to the floor by seven sheriff’s deputies and several others while he was being admitted to a mental hospital in Virginia.

Funeral arrangements are being planned for Irvo Otieno, a 28-year-old man who died earlier this month at Central State Hospital while under police custody in Henrico County.

Ten people are facing second-degree murder charges in connection to the death of Irvo Otieno earlier this month.
