BUENA VISTA (WSLS 10) -- The state ends its case against former Buena Vista pastor Larry Clark. Billias said his motion is based on the fact that on Tuesday the Court of Appeals denied Clark's appeal in the first case against him. Clark was charged with three counts of indecent liberties with a child and three counts of carnal knowledge. The cases involved three victims, but it was determined each case would be tried separately. A second trial for Clark had been scheduled for Monday, September 14 but that will no longer happen now that the state is not moving forward in the case.
