Disturbing allegations have surfaced involving a former staff member at Elizabeth’s Early Learning Center (EELC) in Lynchburg. Georgia Brown has been arrested and charged with assault and battery after being accused of roughly handling multiple children at the daycare.

Lynchburg Police announced that they had arrested a 55-year-old man after shots were fired during a welfare check Friday afternoon.
