A judge finds that there is enough probable cause for a man charged with dousing a Virginia city councilman in gasoline and setting him on fire to have his case be sent to a grand jury.

The man accused of setting Danville City Councilman Lee Vogler on fire on July 30 will appear in Danville General District Court this morning for a preliminary hearing.
