Elementary school working to crack down on traffic violations in Roanoke
ROANOKE (WSLS 10) - Preston Park Elementary School is working to crack down on traffic violations in hopes of keeping students safe.
In a Robo call to parents, principal Eric Fisher said that there have been on-going traffic issues at the school.
Roanoke police officers will be there throughout the week giving warnings and citations to drivers who don't follow traffic signs and rules.
The school has a list of rules and procedures for dropping off children to ensure safety.
