ROANOKE, Va. – A former children's show co-host here at WSLS 10 died on Tuesday.
For years, Connie Grant, 98, was part of her husband's "Cactus Joe Show."

The couple hosted the show during the 1960s.
On the show, she was known as Sweetie.
The couple also used to take the Cactus Joe Choo Choo to area shopping centers to give kids rides on the "Trackless Train with Miles of Smiles."
Connie Grant was 98 years old.
