ROANOKE, Va. – A Blacksburg staple is planning to open in downtown Roanoke this spring.
Cabo Fish Taco signed a lease to occupy space formerly occupied by Metro! Restaurant at 14 Campbell Ave., according to Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group,

This restaurant offers west coast Mexican cuisine with a uniquely healthy California feel.
Cabo Fish Taco currently has restaurants in both Charlotte, North Carolina, and Blacksburg.
All three of the owners are graduates of Virginia Tech.
“In working with the owners of Cabo Fish Taco in identifying their next restaurant location, they were extremely drawn to the vibrant emerging scene in downtown Roanoke. With hundreds of new employees, new retailers and the growing Virginia Tech Carilion campus, they decided this is where they had to open their next location," said Bryan Musselwhite with Poe & Cronk.
