Future of Log House 1776 in Wytheville uncertain as fire closes restaurant

WYTHEVILLE, Va. – UPDATE

The Log House is closing its doors after a fire at the restaurant on Tuesday night, according to a post on its Facebook page.

The future of the restaurant still remains uncertain as management decides on whether to rebuild and reopen or not.

Crews are working to put out a fire at Log House 1776 in Wytheville Tuesday night.

The Wytheville Police Department said Main Street and side streets are closed until further notice.

All traffic is being diverted.
