Developer asks to withdraw application for Botetourt County apartment complex

DALEVILLE, Va. – A 300-unit apartment complex is no longer coming to Daleville.

10 News is told the developer has asked to withdraw the application, which was supposed to go before the Botetourt County Board of Supervisors next week.

The company already has several other projects in the region, including a car wash, retail space, and another luxury apartment community.
