FRANKLIN CO., Va. – A 27-year-old Franklin County man was arrested after an investigation and a search warrant, according to the Franklin Co. Sheriff’s Office.
Colton Kennedy has been charged with the following:

Seven felony charges of Possession of Child Pornography
Seven felony charges of Distribution of Child Pornography
Kennedy is currently being held without bond pending court proceedings.
