Tractor trailer crash caused early morning closures on Rt 220

ROANOKE,Va.- – Police responded to a tractor trailer crash in Roanoke. 

According to VDOT, at least two lanes of Rt. 220 were closed near the Elm Avenue exit.

The accident happened just before 1 a.m. Friday, closing two lanes of traffic.

Crews had all lanes of traffic re-opened just after 4:30 a.m.
