ROANOKE, Va. – The Cave Spring boys advanced to the River Ridge final with a 51-44 win over Christiansburg on Wednesday night. The Knights trailed 30-24 at the break but responded with a 12-0 run to end the third period. Cave Spring will take on Patrick Henry on Friday night in the District tournament final.
