ROANOKE, Va. – The Glenvar football program has been budding with talent under head coach Kevin Clifford for well over a decade and Wednesday was more proof. Five student-athletes put pen to paper to continue their respective academic and athletic careers at the college level.
Dagan Williams and Aiden Wolk will remain teammates at Bridgewater College. The same is true for Aidan Custer and Mason Anderson who will also be in the ODAC at nearby Ferrum College. Kyle Hanks will suit up for Hugh Freeze at Liberty University.
“Certainly we’re extremely proud of our kids and all of our players but these 5 individuals … any time you get to continue your career academically and athletically it’s an honor, so we’re very proud,” said Clifford.
