ROANOKE, Va. – For the second consecutive season, the Liberty Flames received an at-large bid to the NCAA DI Baseball Tournament. The 37-21 Flames were tabbed as the No. 3 seed in the Gainesville, Fla. Regional. Liberty will take on the Big 12 Champion Oklahoma on Friday.
Liberty, who had one of the toughest non-conference schedules in the country in 2022, played nine teams this season that made the 2022 NCAA Baseball Regional fields.

This marks the programs eighth NCAA Regional appearance and for the first time in school history, the teams third consecutive NCAA Regional.
