ROANOKE, Va. – In a tightly contested, defensive-fueled game Wednesday night, William Fleming held on for a 42-41 home victory over Patrick Henry. The cross-town rivals met for the first time this season at William Fleming.
While the Colonels held a five point lead at halftime, and a 34-26 lead entering the fourth quarter, the Patriots nearly pulled off a comeback.
The two teams will play again January 22nd at Patrick Henry.
