This baby shower is a wish list in-kind donation drive designed to stock up on frequently used and essential items for the center’s wildlife hospital. The event promises fun for the whole family, featuring a face painter and the chance to see some of the center’s amazing wildlife ambassadors up close.

Today, the Wildlife Warriors for the Southwest Virginia Wildlife Center held their 3rd Annual Baby Shower! The goal of the Baby Shower is to prepare for the spring baby rush, when the Wildlife Hospital expects to admit more than 1,000 injured or orphaned baby wildlife.

Baby animals are on the way, and what better way to celebrate than to throw a baby shower?
