Penske truck involved in multi-vehicle I-81 crash causing backups at 581 interchange
Crash has closed multiple southbound lanes

A multi-vehicle crash is causing delays in the southbound lanes of Interstate 81, right near the Interstate 581 interchange.
As of 7:03 p.m. VDOT reports that the left shoulder, left lane and right lane are closed.
Traffic is backed up for about 4 miles.
