HENRY COUNTY (WSLS 10) - The Virginia Proud Weather Tour concluded in Henry County on Thursday.
Jeff Haniewich stopped by the Rooster Walk Music & Arts Festival, which starts Thursday and lasts until Sunday.
Johnny Buck, the co-founder of the festival, said the event is in memory of two of his close childhood friends, Edwin "the Rooster" Penn and Walker Shank.
Buck said the two loved music and the outdoors.
Besides music, there's also multiple booths selling a variety of products at the festival.
