Sweet Heat Wing Sauce:

1 quart of base BBQ sauce-such as Cattleman's or Duke's
1.5 cups of jalapenos
½ stick butter
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 cup honey
2 cups bourbon
Salt and pepper to taste
2lbs. smoked and fried wings
Instructions:
Process jalapeno and sautee with butter until soft.
Add bourbon (light on fire for show) and cook until alcohol evaporates
Add sauce, seasoning and honey
Cook for about 10 minutes until thickens
Toss wings and enjoy
