BLACKSBURG (WSLS 10) - A Christiansburg man is arrested on one misdemeanor count of unlawful creation of an image of another.
The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office arrested John David Mills, 34, on Saturday.

According to investigators, the charges are part of the Blacksburg Police Department's ongoing investigation involving allegations that happened near the 1200 block of Harding Avenue in Blacksburg.
Mills is being held without bond at the Montgomery County Jail.
