At least one man was arrested after a chase led to a crash in northwest Roanoke Friday evening.

Brad Sellers with the U.S. Marshals Service says authorities attempted to serve an outstanding parole warrant to Thomas Durant in northwest Roanoke when he got in a car and sped away from the scene.

The chase ended with a crash on Hershberger road near Cookout, and Durant was taken into custody.
