WATCH: Pres. Biden participates in Wreath Laying Ceremony, delivers Memorial Day Address
President Joe Biden participated in a Wreath Laying Ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington National Cemetery Monday at 11 a.m.
Then at about 11:15 a.m., he delivered the Memorial Day Address at the 155th National Memorial Day Observance at Memorial Amphitheater at Arlington National Cemetery.
