A tractor-trailer crash could slow down your morning commute if you’re traveling along Route 220 in Highland County, according to VDOT.
Authorities said the crash happened near Forks of Water Road.
At this time, all north and south lanes are closed.
Southbound traffic is being diverted onto Route 640, Route 637, Route 250 and then back onto Route 220. Northbound traffic is being detoured onto Route 250, Route 637, Route 640 then back onto Route 220.
Unfortunately, tractor-trailers will not be permitted to use the detours due to weight restrictions on bridges, according to VDOT.
