Botetourt County crash on I-81N cleared

BOTETOURT COUNTY, Va. – UPDATE

This crash has been cleared, VDOT said.

A tractor-trailer crash on Interstate 81 northbound in Botetourt County is slowing down traffic, according to VDOT.

We’re told the crash happened at the 171.9 mile marker and has led to a 2-mile traffic backup.

At this time, the north left shoulder, left lane, and right shoulder are closed.
