BEDFORD, Va. – A 52-year-old Bedford man has been arrested and charged with multiple felonies that pertain to the use of communication systems to facilitate certain offenses involving children, according to the Bedford Police Department.
Curtis Toms Jr. was taken into custody by the Bedford Police Department Wednesday and faces three felony charges.

According to Jail Records, the allegations involve proposed sex acts to a person under 15.
