Christiansburg hosts 15th annual Big Blue Wrestling Tournament The Blue Demons win their 6th straight team title
CHRISTIANSBURG, Va. – Christiansburg built an early lead with five wrestlers reaching Saturday’s championship round. Another top 5 finishing team was Rockbridge County, which came in fourth with 166 points.
In consolation rounds, Colby Piner of Greenbrier East defeated Dawson Gragg of Christiansburg at 152 in a major decision. At 170, Sam Adams from Independence High School defeated Josh Moore of William Byrd, while James River’s Addison McCaleb notched a win over Greenbrier East wrestler, Nick Thomas. F
