Business guru Kevin Bloomfield honored by Junior Achievement of Southwest Virginia
ROANOKE, Va. โ โI thought I was going to play college basketball,โ jokes Kevin Bloomfield, sitting on a stool at the RAMP Building in downtown Roanoke, his โsometimesโ office. He said he didnโt have a plan for anything beyond basketball, noting that in hindsight, he had no idea how big college basketball players really are. His path to fortune clicked one day in college, when he heard about the then-new internet browser called Netscape, going public. And within two minutes he dropped a number on me.โAt first, Bloomfield declined the offer as he had several others. If you do those three things and all the other things around those three things when you have a chance to be successful,โ Bloomfield said.

The groups include the main U.S. and international airline trade organizations, airline labor unions and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. The White House did not immediately comment.

Delta bans 120 passengers for refusing to wear face masks
As the global coronavirus pandemic continues, face masks have become a requirement in business around the world. That will include at-home screening for employees, starting with those who live in two virus hotspots, Florida and Texas. Most major U.S. airlines now require masks to be worn on flights, but until recently enforcement has been spotty.
