The family of an Illinois woman who died in early September used her obituary to blame her death on the unvaccinated, KPRC reports.

A Texas mother says her family was removed from a Southwest Airlines flight Monday morning because her 3-year-old son, who has autism, would not wear a face mask, according to KPRC. It was just not a good morning, Alyssa Sadler says. Sadler says she was trying to get back home from Midland, Texas, with her son and 1-year-old daughter. The flight initially left the gate but a crewmember said the plane would have to return when the boy wouldnt keep the mask on. Sadler also had a note from the boys doctor about his condition but she said that didnt make a difference.

KPRC via CNNNEW YORK - Walmart's Sam's Club is teaming up with several health care companies to offer discounts on everyday care its customers might delay or skip because of the cost. The pilot program could potentially be rolled out to members in all the states, says Lori Flees, senior vice president of Sam's Club Health and Wellness. Sam's Club emphasized that the new initiative is not a health insurance plan but a discount health program that can supplement insurance and bring down out-of-pocket costs. Sam's Club says its program is designed to cater to members - individuals, business owners and families who are delaying or skipping basic care because of high deductibles. Each bundle also offers prepaid health debit cards to be used within the health services network.

A Whataburger customer caught a crazy scene on camera in a video posted on YouTube Saturday night: a small rodent that appears to be a mouse scampering around a Whataburger restaurant in Bastrop, Texas. The video begins by showing the animal near the fryer and then running behind some fry box containers. A woman who appears to be a Whataburger employee offers customers a refund for their food with a receipt. An employee is heard saying she doesn't know how to turn off the fryer. Whataburger released a statement about the incident:At Whataburger, cleanliness and food safety are top priorities for us.
