Four displaced after fire on Tazewell Ave in Roanoke

Authorities say there were no injuries

ROANOKE, Va. – Four people will need to find another place to stay following a fire on Tazewell Ave, according to Roanoke Fire-EMS.

Authorities were called to the scene at about 11:22 a.m. The fire is now under control, but Tazewell Avenue will remain shut down for the next few hours, crews said.

We’re told the residential structure is a total loss and that the cause of the fire is unknown.

Authorities say no one was hurt in the incident.
