Lexington, Virginia mourns loss of Mayor Frank Friedman
LEXINGTON, Va. – Lexington is mourning the loss of Mayor Frank Friedman, who died Thursday, July 2, following a medical emergency.
Starting Monday, all flags on display on City of Lexington property will be flown at half-staff in honor of Mayor Friedman. 10 News Photojournalist Greg Moore has the story.
