Daytime Kitchen: Shrimp Ceviche

Natalie & Brittany welcome Honorio Zaragoza from Cancun Restaurant to Daytime for the first time! He made a delicious dish and shared ways to prepare a simple shrimp ceviche.

Shrimp

Lemon and lime

Salt and pepper

Red onions

Jalapenos

Oregano

Vinegar

Clean and peel shrimp.  Mix with lemon juice, lime juice, salt, pepper and vinegar and let stand in frig for an hour.

Mix with remaining ingredients and serve with your favorite chips!
